Area-by-area inspection of the façade, finishes, paintwork, furniture, glass, mirrors and doors, across the sales floor, stockroom and service areas.
Inspection of lighting, electrical installations and regulated power circuits. Each item’s condition and any issues requiring correction are recorded.
Attention to specific work reported by the store. The report documents completed work, observations, photographic evidence and verification and approval signatures.
Major work is scheduled at night, with a separate quotation and client approval.
From access to approval, each visit follows a documented process. The brand’s forms bring together inspected areas, issues, completed work and evidence to support ongoing maintenance.
Visits are scheduled for each store at the agreed frequency and scope. Access permits are arranged for work before opening.
The report identifies the store, service type, assigned person, start and completion dates, and whether maintenance is inside or outside.
For general and electrical maintenance, items on the brand’s form are inspected and their condition is recorded as Good or Requires correction.
Items requiring correction are documented with an issue number, observations and, where applicable, the quantity and description of required parts.
A description of completed work and photographs document the intervention. Corrective maintenance is recorded against its specific scope.
The report includes service verification, store manager approval and the corresponding signatures for visit follow-up.
